Men’s singles badminton player Ng Tze Yong has a good chance to win his first World Tour title in the Indonesian Masters.
World No. 39 Tze Yong is the top seed in the Indonesian Masters and will have a great chance to go all the way and win.
Tze Yong was originally entered for the Denmark Open, which was taking place at the same time as the Indonesian Masters. He was switched to the Indonesian Masters as he wasn’t upgraded from the reserve list
Reason For Tze Yong To Join The Indonesian Masters
Singles coaching director Wong Choong Hann said they decided to switch Tze Yong to the Indonesian Masters as players withdrawing from the Denmark Open are slimed.
Tze Yong’s last World Tour event was the Singapore Open held in July. He reached the last eight.
Choong Hann mentioned that Tze Yong is still on a learning curve. He will be on the right track as long as he continues to improve.
For now, Tze Yong is aiming to capture his first gold medal at the Sukma.
