Liew Daren, a professional singles shuttler, will continue to fight despite the disappointments in Japan.
Daren, 35 years old this year, is one of the singles players representing Malaysia at the Denmark Open, which will be held from Oct 18-23 in Odense, followed by the France Open (Oct 25-30).
Daren Match In Denmark Open
Daren said his match in Tokyo wasn’t good, and he would be happy if he could play a better match that should produce in Denmark.
Daren will be playing against Viktor Axelsen of Denmark in the first round. Daren found playing against Kodai Naraoka in the first round of the Japan Open hard. Daren’s physical condition wasn’t at its best.
Daren said that there was no excuse for his defeats. He doesn’t have any specific goals and will still be going to Europe as he still has the support from the sponsors and fans.
Zhao Jungpeng, Shi Yuqi, and Lu Guangzu from China will be joining the match.
