Ng Tze Yong wins his First World Tour Championship
International men’s singles player Ng Tze Yong has a great chance of winning his first World Tour championship at the Indonesia Masters in Malang from October 18-23.
The top finisher of the tournament, Tze Yong, ranked 39th in the world, will try to compete and win despite his low placement.
The 22-year-old was initially registered for the concurrent Denmark Open, but after failing to gain promotion from his list of reserves, he was traded to the Indonesia Masters.
According to his coaching director Wong Choong Hann, “We transferred Tze Yong to the Indonesia Masters because the players had little chance to leave the Denmark Open.”
